MoggedTV is an entertainment product. All AI-generated physique scores, rankings, and analyses are subjective, automated outputs produced for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, fitness guidance, professional aesthetic assessment, or any form of certified evaluation. Users should not make health, fitness, or medical decisions based on AI scores.

3. Pricing & Offers

The following paid services are offered on MoggedTV:

MoggedTV Premium: $8.99 per month (recurring subscription). Includes unlimited daily battles, Practice Range, The Lab, and a premium badge.
Ban Appeal Review: €10 one-time non-refundable fee. Payment does not guarantee reinstatement.

Prices are displayed in USD for subscriptions and EUR for ban appeals. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

4. No Refund Policy

All charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

Monthly Premium subscription fees
Ban appeal review fees
Any other paid services offered on the platform

No refunds will be granted for partial months, unused features, dissatisfaction with AI scores, account bans, or voluntary account closure. If you believe you were charged in error, contact moggedtv.pro@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.

5. Hosting & Infrastructure

The platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by third-party services. While we strive for maximum uptime, we are not liable for interruptions caused by hosting provider outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual designs, and content on MoggedTV are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform material is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These legal notices and any disputes arising from the use of MoggedTV shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established. Any dispute shall first attempt to be resolved amicably through contact at moggedtv.pro@gmail.com.
