We collect the minimum data necessary to operate MoggedTV:

  • Account information: email address and username.
  • Gameplay data: ELO rating, wins, losses, battle history, and match statistics.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Moderation data: reports, bans, and appeals.
  • Usage analytics: anonymous metrics to improve the service.

2. Webcam & AI Processing

During battles and practice sessions, webcam frames are sent to our AI provider in real time for scoring and content moderation. Frames are processed ephemerally and are not stored after scoring is complete. We do not record or retain video footage.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Operate and maintain the service
  • Prevent abuse, cheating, and policy violations
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve features and user experience

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Supabase — for database and authentication infrastructure
  • AI providers — for real-time scoring and moderation (image frames only, no PII)

All providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal identifiers and retain anonymized gameplay statistics for leaderboard integrity. Webcam frames are never retained.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no online service is completely secure. You use MoggedTV at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy

MoggedTV is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
