Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoggedTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use MoggedTV.

2. Service Description

MoggedTV is an entertainment platform offering real-time 1v1 physique battles with AI scoring, a Practice Range, and The Lab (advanced AI analysis). AI-generated scores are subjective, automated outputs for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, fitness, or aesthetic advice.

3. Free & Premium Tiers

Free users are limited to 5 battles per day. MoggedTV Premium is available for $8.99 per month (billed monthly) and includes unlimited battles, access to the Practice Range, The Lab, and a premium badge. Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to Premium, you authorize recurring monthly charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

5. No Refunds

All purchases and subscription charges are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly Premium subscriptions and the ban appeal fee (€10). No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused features, or dissatisfaction with AI scores. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at moggedtv.pro@gmail.com.

6. User Conduct

You are responsible for your conduct and the content shown on your webcam. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:

• Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive behavior
• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats
• Illegal content or activity
• Cheating, exploiting children, or manipulation of AI scoring
• Impersonation or fraudulent accounts

7. Bans & Appeals

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Banned users may submit one appeal per ban cycle by paying a €10 non-refundable moderation review fee. Payment does not guarantee reinstatement; all appeals are reviewed manually.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on MoggedTV are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoggedTV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
